1, the student is advised to do the following. Can only be taken to the examination venue.
A) Admit card with safe declaration (Undertaking) (A4 size paper clear printout) downloaded from NTA's web site,
'B) Original photo ID. (Such as Aadhar Card).
C) Personal Transparent Water Bottle.
D) Attendance Shelves to be taken with additional photo. (Uploaded in Admit Card).
E) Personal Hand Sanitizer 50 (50 ml),
F) Marks & Blogs
G) (For PwD student) Persons with Disabilities Certificate and related documents. .
On arrival, "Student must enter the required details in the self-declaration.
(Undertaking)", "Photograph affixed, left thumbprint and signature of the candidate's parents in appropriate places", "Candidate must place his sari in the examination room / hall in the presence of the invigilator .
3. The candidate must have "any one of the original and valid photo ID proofs issued by the government". (Aadhaar Card / PAN Card / Passport / Driving License / Voter ID / 12th Class Board Admit or Registration card / E Aadhaar / Aadhaar Enrollment No with Photo).
4. PWD | If the student has claimed a waiver under the PWD category, a PWD certificate issued by the competent authority must be brought. If you are a writer, you must have his educational qualifications, passport size photograph, valid government identity and his own safe declaration (Undertaking) which is included in PAGE 1 as per coVID.19 in this admit card.
5. Vivati is not allowed to carry any personal belongings such as any stationery items such as textile materials (printed or written), papers, tools - pencil boxes, plastic pouches, calculators, pens, scales, pads, pen drives, erasers, calculators, Log table, electronic pen / scanner etc.
B) Any communication device like mobile phone, tooth, earphones, microphone, pager, health band etc.
C) Other items like wallet, goggles, handbags, bat, cap etc. Is any watch, bracelet, camera etc.
E) Any jewelry / metal item.
F) Any food items.
G) Any other item used for improper, concealing communication devices such as microchips, cameras, tooth devices.
6. Candidates are instructed to adhere to the following dress code.
A) Light clothing with long sleeves is not allowed. Wear short sleeves.
(B) If you need to wear special attire as per religion / customs, please reach the center within one hour for a thorough check up and mandatory fencing.
C) Light sole shoes, sandals are allowed. Boots not allowed.
7. As a precaution of coVID-19, the candidate must reach the center as indicated in the reporting / entry time admit card.
8. No candidate will be allowed to enter the center after the gate is closed.
9. No candidate will be allowed to leave the examination room / hall before the end of the examination.
10. Candidates will be allowed only one exit at a time.
11. All candidates are required to download and read carefully the instructions and advisory for coVID-19 given along with the admit card and follow them strictly.
12. This Admit Card consists of 3 PAGES- PAGE 1 contains COVID.19 related center details and Self-Declaration (Undertaking) Form. Relevant candidates are advised. 14. Candidates are advised to check the place of examination one day in advance so that they do not face any difficulty on the day of examination.
15. Admit Card, Undertaking, Valid ID to any candidate. No one will be allowed to enter the examination center without proof and proper fencing. Fixing (checking) by handheld metal detector (HIMD) attached to long rods will be carried out without physical touch.
16. Admit card must be given to the indicator properly at the end of the examination.
17, Upon completion of the test, candidates must submit the OMR sheet (Original and Office Copy) to the invigilator and you will only be able to take the test booklet.
18. No candidate should adopt any malpractice or get involved in the examination system in any malpractice as the examination centers are under the supervision of CCTV and are equipped with jammers.
